Hearkening to the joys of late night talk shows and public access TV, The Hibernation Station returned with an all-star cast of live performance art, videos, music, interactive bits, comedy, dance, and fun fun fun! Our live audience was ready to laugh, cheer, and cry on demand (just like the live broadcasts of old). Televised video coming soon to a computer screen near you…

Our co-host (Wayne Garrett) videography team (Audrey Lane Cockett & Phil Bowen), and Emotional Director (Desiree Nault) standing by for the show!

The first few bits: our Weatherman, Jack Bride, and local sports personalities, Chip McGrip (Patrick Hamilton) & Beanie Madison (Fiona McTaggart) hosted participants in the hot seat for Ultimate Ninja Warrior Wipe-Out!

Whitehorse-based fashionista Massimo (Kiki Barua) gave us lovelorn advice about dating and fashion, Barren Sharon (Clare Duckett) told us about her stripmall baby photography business, and Regina’s own Swampy Communications Network shared their rising star, Shelly (Sean Dunham), in a segment hosted by Slima Garden (Amber PB).

Wayne Garrett hosted a segment called Wingin’ It In The Woodshop With Wayne, where he took audience suggestions for a wooden object to build in 10 minutes or less.

Jennifer Crighton hosted a cooking segment – as she has done on so many of our previous Hibernation Stations. She showed us how to make tater tots in a waffle maker!

Debut rock ‘n’ roll band, Hairbrush, hit the stage with musicians Jett Thunders, Helen Y, Scott R, Brady K, and Jordan M.

Hairbrush played in the style of Airbrush covering 4’33 by John Cage – with hair metal energy!

We completed the evening by asking a volunteer from the audience to join us for a strange seance….

Little did we expect that we would be summoning Her Majesty, the former Queen of England, from beyond the grave and into the body of her loyal subject Matthew Waddell!

The Queen proceeded to share many deep secrets of death, heaven, God, and eternal life with her enrapt late-night audience.
